Our goal is that our customers are happy. For this reason, we handle our returns on a case by case basis and we will always be fair and reasonable with our customers.
To be eligible for a return, present with an established proof of purchase and item must be in saleable condition. You have 14 days from the date of purchase for refund or exchange.
Saleable is defined as unused, with tags on and in the condition it left the store in. We apply refunds to the tender to which it was purchased, or gift card if minimum requirements are not met.

Gift cards, Special Orders, Alterations, Lingerie & Undergarments, Earrings, Sale Items (Alterations will also not be applicable to sale items)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item.
Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at email@example.com and send your item to: 107-108 Riverstone Ridge, Fort McMurray Alberta CA T9K 1S6. We will work quickly on getting it resolved for you as soon as possible.
Gifts follow the general guidelines and will be put onto a gift card for the recipient.

We will work diligently with you on resolving this right away.
Items Purchased at Regular Price will have Alterations Included for the life of the garment. The garment must be washed or dry-cleaned before additional tailoring is to be done. Please contact us prior to doing cleaning the garment. If the garment has been damaged ie. Put in the Dryer, Cleaning Instructions are not followed then we will do our best to accommodate; but cannot be held responsible if the repairs do not fix the garment.
Care of Garment:
Please check your Garment Tags on how to care for the garment. With each purchase we ensure to communicate that with you as well. Avoid the Dryer. If the Proper Care instructions are not followed then we cannot be held responsible for fixing or repairing the garment.
